If you are not satisfied with your frames, you may exchange them, with in 7 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable and paid by the customer in case of an exchange. Item returned maybe subject to a 15% restocking fee.
In case of an exchange contact us to let us know about the exchange and an RMA # will be issued. The item must be in perfect condition, the same way you received it, all tags still attached to the frame and certificates in place. Please make sure to include all the original materials that you have received with the item.
Returns must be made by a Insured Carrier with Signature Confirmation.
